5. Payment Terms

Payment terms for consulting engagements will be specified in the applicable SOW. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Invoices are due within 30 days of the invoice date
• Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month
• We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts more than 30 days past due

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. 7. Limitation of Liability
